About the job
Our client, an established real estate service provider in the city of Olten, manages over 1000 rental units with a focus on residential space. For the existing market and client base, they are seeking immediately or by arrangement an innovative, loyal, customer-oriented, operational personality for a temporary fixed-term position of around 6 months:
Your Tasks
- Operational management of rental properties in close collaboration with the team
- Support of mandates
- Participation in the further development of the entire management cycle
- Co-responsible for owners in legal and technical matters
- Continuous optimisation of processes and participation in small and large projects
Your Profile
- Technical or commercial basic training with several years of professional experience in property management
- Further training as a property manager with a federal diploma is an advantage
- Very good knowledge in the management of rental properties
- Competent and customer-oriented manner with very good communication skills in both spoken and written language
- Solution-oriented and analytical working style with assertiveness and organisational talent
- Very good MS Office and ERP knowledge
- German: native level
