Are you a passionate salesperson who wants to be paid according to your results? With us, sales consultants who achieve their monthly targets earn over CHF 120,000 gross per year. Appointments are arranged, and a company vehicle is included.

We implement complete energy solutions for private customers: photovoltaic, battery storage, heat pumps and air conditioning systems.

Your task:

- You conduct consultation appointments with homeowners in the German and Western Switzerland regions, which are arranged by the company and directly entered into your calendar

- Regular active customer acquisition on site is mandatory and complements the arranged appointments

- You advise, negotiate and close on site: Our model is selling in one appointment

Your profile:

- Solid experience in direct sales is a prerequisite; industry experience in the energy sector is not necessary

- German as a native language or at native level, French knowledge (school level is sufficient), as French is our internal working language

- Sales personality: ambitious, independent and determined, even with demanding targets

- Well-groomed appearance, convincing manner of expression, respect towards customers and team

- Driving licence category B and mobility
