Do you prefer to build Microsoft 365 environments properly rather than quickly? Are you excited to set up SharePoint, Teams and Purview in such a way that Copilot does not fail due to inherited permissions afterwards? Then we definitely need to get to know each other.

Location: Bern, Biel or Zurich

This is what your job will look like:

• You design target architectures for Microsoft 365: information architecture in SharePoint Online, lifecycle and governance for Teams, permission models in Entra ID, information protection via Purview
• You make customers Copilot-capable: check permission hygiene, make oversharing visible, define labels and DLP rules, determine which content the Semantic Index is allowed to see
• You transfer recurring patterns into blueprints and standard services for a continuous improvement process
• You accompany migrations from file servers, SharePoint Server and third-party platforms and are responsible for the technical quality beyond go-live
• In presales, you translate requirements into reliable solution designs and effort estimates and jointly carry the technical argumentation with sales

What you should bring:

• Several years of professional experience as an architect, senior consultant or lead engineer in the Microsoft 365 environment, a relevant part of it in customer projects
• In-depth knowledge of SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams regarding information architecture, governance, lifecycle and migration
• Practical experience with Microsoft Purview and permission models in Microsoft Entra ID
• Good experience in M365 preparation for Copilot rollouts
• Confidence in PowerShell and Microsoft Graph as well as ideally M365 certifications (e.g. MS-102, MS-700, SC-300, SC-401)
• Fluent German, good English, French is an advantage
