Job Description
What does your working day look like...
- You actively support the Front Office Manager in ensuring smooth processes and ensure compliance with our quality standards
- You ensure an outstanding guest experience – from the first impression to professional handling of feedback and complaints
- You monitor cash management and daily closings and develop a deep understanding of the Front Office’s financial key figures
- You work closely with the Administration Manager, especially in accounts receivable
- You assist with monthly and annual closings as well as inventories in the Front Office and the shop
- You coordinate our external cleaning company and ensure efficient collaboration
- You take responsibility for correspondence, reservations and administrative processes
- You represent the Front Office Manager in their absence and take operational responsibility in day-to-day business
- You keep an overview even in challenging situations and act confidently and solution-oriented
Qualifications
Your personality counts more than your CV …
- You have completed training in hospitality, already have leadership experience at the Front Office and speak fluent German and English. Additional languages are an advantage
- You can inspire your colleagues as much as your guests. You also know your way around the city and always have insider tips up your sleeve
