- Management of digital input channels and indexing of simpler customer inputs or second-level indexing for more complex cases
- Processing of data for all sectors (P&C and pension)
- Telephone and written clarifications with internal and external parties
- Management of special processes
- Possible additional tasks: conducting regular quality checks, taking on release testing tasks and more complex research clarifications as well as smaller analyses that require a profound understanding of overall processes and interfaces

- Confident German as well as good French skills, knowledge of Italian and English is an advantage
- Very good MS Office skills, enjoyment and flair in handling various systems
