WHAT YOU WILL DO

• You guarantee our customers the highest possible availability of the cooling towers and pumps
• You carry out periodic maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs at the customer’s site or in our in-house workshop
• You ensure communication, smooth processes and complete administration with our customers
• You independently process your orders from A to Z
• You support management in administrative and coordinative matters
• You are in contact with our suppliers

WHAT YOU BRING

• Technical training
• Commercial and/or technical further education
• Good IT skills and digital affinity
• You can express yourself in German and English
• High personal responsibility, combined with commitment and resilience
• Enjoyment of travelling within Switzerland
• A strong customer orientation as well as communication skills
• A team- and solution-oriented working style
