With over 146,000 insured persons and 433 affiliated employers, BVK is the largest pension fund in Switzerland. It is a private law foundation and has a large portfolio of directly held properties. In Switzerland, it rents out over 6,500 apartments and more than 350,000 m² of office and commercial space and has a strategic pipeline with development projects. BVK also uses its real estate expertise for granting mortgages. It manages investment assets of around 45.8 billion Swiss francs. Responsible investing is an integral part of the investment activity.

We are looking to strengthen our pension team immediately or by arrangement.

Your main tasks are

• Independent handling of all business transactions in occupational pension for active insured persons and pension recipients without disability insurance
• Telephone, written and personal advice on BVK benefits
• Administration related to entries and exits, retirements, early withdrawals for home ownership, and divorces
• Recording of benefit payments for old-age and survivors' pensions

What you bring

• Commercial basic training or equivalent education
• Further training in occupational pension or social insurance is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in customer advice, preferably in social insurance
• High customer and quality orientation
• Confident German language skills in spoken and written form
• Independent, precise and efficient working style
• Friendly, cheerful and team-oriented personality
• Digital affinity
