About the job

• You plan, control, and monitor all ICT service processes, especially in network environments such as LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, firewalls, and routing/switching.
• You actively develop, apply, and optimize methods, processes, and standards in ICT service management with our network provider, especially in the network area.
• You operate and optimize complex network infrastructures and independently carry out changes and incident analyses.
• Another important part of your work is the coordination and controlling of ICT service management processes, including Service Level Agreements (SLAs), offers, ordering, contracts, controlling, and budgeting.
• You work closely with specialist departments, ICT managers, and external service providers to ensure stable and secure network operations.
• Furthermore, you proactively develop the service portfolio and support the integration of new technologies.
• You participate in ICT projects, especially those related to networks, and take on (partial) project management roles in technical rollouts.
• Finally, you ensure that security and data protection policies are complied with in the network environment.

• You have completed vocational training in the field of computer science or a comparable qualification, ideally with further education (e.g., business informatics, network certifications such as CCNA/CCNP).
• You have several years of proven professional experience in network engineering, ideally in the healthcare environment (design, operation, troubleshooting).
• You are well versed in ITIL and ICT service processes and have experience in multi-provider management.
• You have a pronounced hands-on mentality, like to get involved yourself, analyze problems directly in the system, and implement solutions independently.
• You work analytically, conceptually, and solution-oriented, have a high degree of personal responsibility and decision-making ability.
• You are strong in communication, confident in negotiations, and enjoy working with various stakeholders.
• Very good German skills are required, English skills are an advantage.
