Seeblick Hauswartung GmbH is a small but excellent company with an eye for detail. We passionately manage properties on the left shore of Lake Zurich, in the Höfe and March districts as well as in the Linth area. Quality, reliability and good cooperation are our top priorities.
To strengthen our maintenance team, we are looking for a committed individual as of 1 December 2026 or by arrangement who enjoys a variety of tasks related to property maintenance.
Maintenance Staff / Deputy Managing Director (80-100%)
Your tasks:
- Supporting the managing director in daily business and taking overall responsibility in their absence
- Contact person for our customers, i.e. owners, tenants, delegates, administrations, craftsmen, etc.
- Technical maintenance of properties
- Cleaning work in and around buildings – garden and outdoor maintenance as well as winter services (depending on the season)
- General maintenance work and minor repairs – active development of our internal processes and operational structures
Your profile:
- Qualified specialist in operational maintenance EFZ or caretaker with federal diploma
- Several years of experience in maintenance/facility management and initial leadership experience (e.g. as team or site manager)
- Entrepreneurial thinking, high trustworthiness, organisational strength and a cool head in hectic situations
- Technical understanding and enjoyment of practical work
- Reliable, independent and careful working style
- Team player, friendly and customer-oriented
- Driving licence category B
