IT End User Support Specialist (80-100%)
Location: Wangen b. Dübendorf
When: 1. August 2026 or upon availability

- Experience in providing fast, solution?focused end user support via phone, email, chat, and on?site in person
- Ability to own incidents, problems, and service requests end to end, working with an ITSM tool such as ServiceNow
- Strong collaboration skills and experience working with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues
- Appreciation for clear documentation, including fixes and how?to guides, to improve efficiency and knowledge sharing
- Hands?on experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting operating systems, applications, and peripheral devices
- Education in Information Technology (e.g. apprenticeship, HF or FH) with first hands on experience in end user support
- Proven experience providing technical support for Microsoft 365 applications
- Familiarity with IT support environments and tools; experience with Active Directory, Intune, SCCM, Citrix, Exchange, Jira and Confluence is a plus
- Valid driving license with willingness to travel occasionally to regional airports
- Communication: Ability to understand technical issues from a user perspective and explain them clearly to non technical users
- Problem solving: You seek accurate information to analyze problems, break down complex issues into manageable parts, and approach solutions in a systematic and structured way
- German and English skills that support clear, reliable communication with diverse stakeholders in a professional and safety critical environment
