IT End User Support Specialist (80-100%)

Location: Wangen b. Dübendorf
When: 1. August 2026 or upon availability

Your mission:

Your tasks:

Experience in providing fast, solution?focused end user support via phone, email, chat, and on?site in person

Ability to own incidents, problems, and service requests end to end, working with an ITSM tool such as ServiceNow

Strong collaboration skills and experience working with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues

Appreciation for clear documentation, including fixes and how?to guides, to improve efficiency and knowledge sharing

Hands?on experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting operating systems, applications, and peripheral devices

What we are looking for:

Education in Information Technology (e.g. apprenticeship, HF or FH) with first hands on experience in end user support

Proven experience providing technical support for Microsoft 365 applications

Familiarity with IT support environments and tools; experience with Active Directory, Intune, SCCM, Citrix, Exchange, Jira and Confluence is a plus

Valid driving license with willingness to travel occasionally to regional airports

Communication: Ability to understand technical issues from a user perspective and explain them clearly to non technical users

Problem solving: You seek accurate information to analyze problems, break down complex issues into manageable parts, and approach solutions in a systematic and structured way

German and English skills that support clear, reliable communication with diverse stakeholders in a professional and safety critical environment
