The Kita Schildli Association consists of the Kita Schildli and the extracurricular care Trésor in Murten, the lunch service in Cressier, and the Kita Konfetti in Muntelier. The association is a private institution for family and school supplementary
childcare and employs around 55 staff members.
To complement our team at the Kita Schildli, we are looking for a:
Diploma in Education Specialist 80% starting from September 1, 2025, or by agreement.
Your tasks include working closely with other team members and supporting them in the
organization and preparation of educational activities. You will take on daily responsibilities and assist in the creation of daily offerings and projects in accordance with the educational concept. You will also conduct regular parent meetings such as entry, status, and exit discussions.
You have completed training as a childcare specialist (EFZ) or an equivalent educational qualification. Preferably, you have already gained professional experience. You are a motivated, proactive personality with a high sense of responsibility. You enjoy working in a team and maintain an open and respectful interaction with your contacts.
