Nursing - Consulting & Care for Relatives

We focus on care for relatives

We support families who care for their relatives at home.

Your role in this:

• You look after your own employees (caring relatives)
• You show them how to provide proper care, explain procedures and are their professional contact person
• You ensure that care is carried out qualitatively well, safely and correctly
• You are regularly on site to accompany and advise
• You document and take over case management of your assigned clients

In short: You provide care yourself, but above all you coach and lead the relatives in care.

What you do with us:

• You visit clients at home and assess the situation on site
• You carry out needs assessments and advise on what is really needed
• You ensure that care is well organised and of high quality
• You are the contact person for caring relatives: explain, demonstrate, support, provide security
• You document thoroughly and ensure everything runs smoothly.

What you bring:

• Qualification as Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH
• Experience in Spitex/outpatient care is a plus
• You enjoy talking to people and can explain things clearly
• You work in a structured, independent and reliable manner
• You know Spitex software or learn it quickly
• You are proficient with a laptop
• Driving licence Cat. B
