The Reformed Church of Chur is the largest Protestant parish in Graubünden with over 9000 members. Due to two retirements, we want to rejuvenate and restructure the pastoral team, which currently consists of seven people. We are a city-wide parish with six churches and a parish center. Our Christian actions enable public services in the areas of spirituality and pastoral care, social engagement, culture, youth and education, as well as for older people. Therefore, we are looking for a team player in the overall team immediately or by agreement, an engaged and versatile pastor 80-100% who works as an all-rounder city-wide and places a special emphasis on senior work.
Your tasks:

Engaged performance of pastoral activities in the mentioned areas
Co-designing services, devotions, and spiritual offerings
Teaching religious and confirmation classes
Active participation in city-wide church work, in offerings for adults, and in ecumenical projects
Pastoral support and assistance for older people in our community
Development and implementation of offerings and events for these people
Collaboration with social institutions and other organizations to maintain a

Promotion of intergenerational exchange and the integration of older people into community work Your profile:
Completed theology studies and ordination or in training for it
Experience in senior work and a heart for the concerns of older people
Team spirit, flexibility, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment
