Your Mission:
The Inside Sales Agent B2B Work Supplies makes an important contribution to the company’s success. In this position, you have a lot of freedom to act, personal responsibility and work in an exciting and dynamic environment with a great deal of sales potential.
What you can achieve with us:
- Responsible for active telephone sales to business customers
- Targeted approach to new, existing and former customers
- Needs-based advice and sales-oriented presentation of products and services (Office Products, Food & Beverage, PPE etc.)
- Consistent use of cross- and upselling potentials
- Independent creation and follow-up of offers
- Independent price negotiations with clear closing orientation
- Professional documentation of sales activities in the CRM
- Recording orders and maintaining customer master data
Your superpowers and achievements:
- Ideally, you already have experience in telephone sales and/or customer service
- Career changers with completed training in the commercial sector, retail or similar fields are welcome
- You enjoy customer contact and your superpowers are to convince and inspire our customers
- You communicate flawlessly in German, French skills are an advantage
