Tasks

As an Intern Talent Attraction, you are a full team member with a broad range of activities along the candidate lifecycle, from operational recruiting and employer marketing to co-designing data-based insights and innovative HR tools.

Recruiting & Talent Acquisition

• Operational involvement in recruiting with a focus on cabin crew
• Taking over defined recruiting steps including pre-selection & candidate communication
• Collaboration with recruiters & stakeholders for coordinated onboarding
• Planning & support for assessment days

Employer Marketing, Events & Content

• Conceptual and operational involvement in in-house events & campaigns
• Employer branding: storylines & media content
• Further development of relevant target group formats

Insights & Innovation

• Support in implementing AI-supported HR tools: testing, feedback & guidelines
• Expansion of KPI monitoring & data-based decision-making foundations
• Projects, process analyses & optimisations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or close to completion), ideally related to HR, business administration, communication or analytics
• Strong interest in recruiting, employer marketing, talent attraction and data-based HR work
• Ideally some recruiting experience
• Analytical thinking and ability to prepare and reflect on content in a structured way
• Very good communication skills and professional appearance towards internal and external stakeholders
• Independent, careful and solution-oriented working style
• Enjoyment of conceptual work, projects and interdisciplinary collaboration
• Very good German and English skills; French is an advantage
• Confident use of MS Office; affinity for analytics, content or HR tools expressly desired
