Job Description

For our Research & Development team, we are looking for our future intern for a period of 6 months, starting May 2027. During your internship, your main mission will be to contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes, in an environment where excellence, precision and customer satisfaction are at the heart of concerns.

In this context, you will be responsible for:

• Participating in the analysis of the department’s processes and interfaces (process mapping, VSM, SIPOC, ISHIKAWA, data collection)
• Identifying areas for improvement in terms of quality, deadlines and costs
• Proposing and implementing concrete solutions (Lean, 5S, Kaizen), as well as specifications for the implementation of dashboards and indicators
• Designing a tool to collect improvement ideas as well as AP Operational Excellence models, intended to enrich the toolbox
• Finally, you will be required to collaborate with various multidisciplinary teams

Qualifications

• You hold or are in the process of obtaining a university degree in continuous improvement, quality or industrial management
• You are familiar with Lean, Six Sigma or equivalent tools, as well as the Office suite
• Meticulous and detail-oriented, you have good interpersonal and communication skills
• You are fluent in French both spoken and written, English is a plus
