Join in and help shape the RBS, the Regional Transport Bern-Solothurn.On road and rail, we transport over 23 million passengers annually. Your Tasks
- You lead the ticket inspection department for the companies RBS and AREMO both professionally and personally and continuously develop your team
- You ensure optimal deployment and resource planning and are responsible for the budget and cost centre
- You actively participate in the inspection operations (approx. 40%) and stay close to the action
- You develop processes, concepts, and quality standards in ticket inspection and customer guidance
- You manage and optimise workflows based on key figures
- You collaborate with external partners and participate in industry committees
- You support production management with strategic and operational matters
Your Profile
- You have completed vocational training with a federal certificate of competence and have completed a general business management qualification (Level Specialist Certificate)
- You bring several years of leadership experience and at least 10 years of professional experience
- You know public transport well and understand the requirements of a dynamic operation
- You present yourself confidently, communicate clearly, and motivate your team
- You work in a structured manner, think entrepreneurially, and actively use key figures for management
- You are decisive, resilient, and keep an overview even in demanding situations
