Role:
In this role, you accompany customers on their journey to the modern Microsoft Cloud with a focus on Microsoft 365 and Azure. You use modern technologies purposefully, provide personal advice and develop tailored solutions where security is a central element of your concepts, services and projects. You recognise opportunities, take responsibility and ensure that customer environments are technically optimally further developed. You combine technical know-how with entrepreneurial thinking and keep an eye on both the stability of services and their continuous improvement. In your daily work, you maintain an uncomplicated, collegial exchange on equal terms with all parties involved.
Responsibilities:
- You advise customers on Microsoft 365, Modern Workplace and Cloud Services and develop suitable solutions together.
- In this role, you analyse requirements, conduct workshops and consulting discussions, and accompany customers from conception to implementation.
- As a Microsoft 365 Azure Consultant Engineer, you design and implement SharePoint, collaboration, as well as Azure solutions and modern cloud architectures.
- You plan and implement solutions with Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, SharePoint Online, Teams and Exchange Online and accompany migrations to the Azure Cloud.
- In this role, you integrate security, identity, compliance and governance into your concepts and support customers in the secure and practical use of Microsoft cloud solutions and Microsoft 365 Copilot.
- As a Microsoft 365 Azure Consultant Engineer, you lead customer projects, support presales and solution design, and further develop our Microsoft cloud and managed service portfolio with your own ideas.
Qualifications:
- You have completed training in the field of computer science and have several years of professional experience in the Microsoft environment.
- You possess in-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure and have practical experience with several of the mentioned technologies.
- You enjoy direct customer contact and can convey technical topics clearly and convincingly.
- You bring experience in consulting, advising and accompanying customer projects and develop customers professionally and strategically.
- You act entrepreneurially and customer-oriented, independently recognise potential for improvement and proactively implement topics.
- You have impeccable German skills and good English skills.
