BACHTELEN is committed in the canton of Solothurn to the individual support and integration of children, adolescents, and young adults.

Then you are exactly right in the Career Choice Year (BWJ)! The BWJ is a post-compulsory offer of the Day School Grenchen, Bachtelen with two days of school and three days of work internship.

Special Education Teacher in the Career Choice Year, 40 – 60%
Your field of activity:
- You teach and accompany 6 adolescents with special support needs in behavior, learning, and cognition in their career choice and plan preparatory steps towards working life with them and the responsible authorities.
- You are responsible for teaching on Monday and Tuesday.
- In collaboration with a great Career Choice Year team, you take over the coordination and design of the career choice and career integration of the 6 adolescents as well as case management.
- You maintain close internal and external contact with the network of companies.
