These are your tasks
- You lead the sleep medicine team in terms of personnel, expertise and organisation. You ensure clear processes, reliable deployment planning and take on the induction of new employees
- You accompany, support and develop your employees in their daily work and recognise stress, conflicts and optimisation potential at an early stage
- You work operationally, evaluate sleep medicine examinations and are regularly present on site
- You actively participate in projects to further develop the sleep laboratory and ensure the quality and further development of diagnostic procedures (e.g. polysomnography, polygraphy, actigraphy)
- You promote strong interprofessional collaboration and work closely with the relevant specialists and managers
- You represent the team management of outpatient pneumology during planned absences
This is what you bring with you
- You are a health professional, medical practice assistant (MPA) or specialist in neurophysiological diagnostics
- Ideally, you have further training in sleep medicine as well as sound knowledge in the diagnosis of sleep-related disorders (e.g. sleep apnoea, insomnia)
- You have several years of professional experience in an outpatient acute hospital setting; preferably in sleep medicine, pneumology or a comparable specialised area. Experience in matrix-organised structures is a plus
- You have leadership experience or the potential to take on a leadership role in the future
- You convince with high professional competence and enjoyment of operational work
- You work in a structured, reliable and solution-oriented manner. In addition, you communicate transparently and are a conflict-capable and resilient personality who values interprofessional collaboration and active participation
