YOU HAVE

• A compulsory school leaving certificate or you are finishing school and looking forward to discovering the professional world.
• A well-defined professional project, thanks to an observation internship in the kitchen, which allowed you to confirm your choice.
• A genuine motivation to undertake an apprenticeship in the field of cooking, in CFC or AFP.
• Dynamic and willing by nature, you demonstrate maturity and ease in teamwork.
• Your sense of creativity, rigor, and taste will be criteria for the success of your apprenticeship.

YOUR OBJECTIVES

• Participate in the preparation of dishes and menus according to seasons, products, residents, and patients, while being mindful of hygiene rules.
• Apply different cooking methods.
• Contribute to order placement and quality and quantity checks of delivered goods.
