Due to retirement, we are looking for a Member of the Executive Board (80–100%) Head of Finance Department as of May 1, 2027, or by arrangement
We are a politically and denominationally neutral organization with a non-profit objective, active in the greater Oberaargau area. We support adults with disabilities in leading as independent, self-determined, and socially integrated a life as possible in everyday life.
Your scope of design and impact:
- In this key position, you take over the professional and organizational management of the Finance, IT, and Real Estate departments.
- You are responsible for transparent and sustainable financial planning, effective controlling, the preparation of the annual financial statements, and billing with the respective contractual partners.
- As a member of the executive board, you actively contribute to the operational and strategic development of our foundation and organization.
Your professional and personal strengths
- Business administration education (FH/HF Finance, Controlling, Accounting)
- Experience in a leading financial role in a non-profit organization
- Affinity for IT and digitalization topics
- Strategic and analytical thinking combined with implementation strength and leadership skills
