Your contribution to our team

• Competent and customer-oriented advice on site and by telephone
• Preparation of offers and complete processing of customer orders in various segments (Energy Solutions, Power Distribution, Building Automation and Data Technology)
• Information on prices, delivery times and product availability
• Professional and solution-oriented handling of complaints
• Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction

Your profile

• Completed apprenticeship as an electrical installer EFZ or assembly electrician EFZ
• Commercial flair
• Proficient MS Office skills
• Fluent German; French skills are an advantage
• Sales personality with a strong customer focus
• Independent and precise way of working
• Team-oriented and flexible personality with a high level of commitment and resilience
• Fluent German skills in spoken and written form
