Call Centre & Sales Employee – Part-Time

Are you communicative, enjoy telephone customer contact, and already have some experience in a call centre or sales? Then we are looking for you!

Your Tasks

• Active selling of well-known and established products to existing as well as new customers
• Telephone advice and support for our customers
• Conducting professional consultation and sales conversations
• Arranging appointments for the field service
• Maintaining customer data and various administrative tasks
• Building and maintaining sustainable customer relationships

Your Deployment Opportunities

To reach our customers optimally, you should be willing to work regularly at the following times:

• At least 3 evenings per week between 17:00 and 20:00
• 2 Saturdays per month between 09:00 and 15:00
• You can flexibly choose which evenings and Saturdays you work

What You Bring

• Initial professional experience in a call centre, telesales or a comparable sales/customer contact role is essential
• Very good spoken Swiss German
• Open, communicative and convincing personality
• Enjoyment of telephone work and active selling
• Customer-oriented thinking and professional appearance
• Reliable and independent working style
