About the job
As an apprentice at Alptel, you will receive comprehensive training in all activities and processes of a telco specialist retailer. You support the sales staff in advising our customers on subscriptions, devices, and accessories. Your interest in mobile, internet, and TV motivates you to know the offers of the various providers in detail.
In the back office, you assist the branch management in the procurement and logistics of devices and accessories. You also actively contribute to making our locations even more attractive for customers.
