What you can achieve
- Active shaping of strategic construction projects in a unique real estate portfolio by taking over overall project management and client representation for construction projects in SIA phases 2 to 5 (building construction and site infrastructure)
- Coordinating strategic framework conditions as well as developing procedural concepts, project plans, and project organisation
- Preparing decision-making bases and proposals for decision-making bodies
- Leading project teams in a complex environment and ensuring synchronisation and communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensuring project goal achievement in terms of quality, deadlines, and costs as well as project-specific risk management
What you bring with you
- Education in architecture or civil engineering, further training in project or real estate management is an advantage
- Solid experience in construction project management as well as Swiss construction standards, SIA norms, and project management methods
- Several years of experience in leading demanding construction projects with business management responsibility
- Implementation-strong personality with communication skills
- Entrepreneurial and team-oriented thinking and working style
- Very good German skills, additional languages such as French and English are an advantage

About the department
We are responsible for site development concepts and ensure the planning law foundations for the realisation of sustainable infrastructure as well as the preservation of strategic options for action. Together with mandated planning and construction partners, we develop, plan, and implement efficient building structures and site infrastructure that enable future-proof usage forms and support ecological change. We stand for professional construction project management on the client side and support customers and partner areas with our expertise from strategic to technical real estate issues.
