Human Resources Specialist 100% - m/f/d
Job Summary:
You are an experienced HR professional with strong administrative skills and enjoy a varied HR role. You competently support our managers and employees in all administrative and operational HR processes. Thanks to your independent, structured and service-oriented way of working, you contribute significantly to professional HR support and feel comfortable in an international industrial environment (Medtech).
Main activities include:
- You are responsible for care-related administrative tasks and prepare contracts, confirmations, work references and other HR documents in German and English
- You support and advise employees and managers both at our production site in Winterthur and at our headquarters in Zug, ensuring professional and service-oriented HR support at both locations
- Thanks to your good professional and language skills, you routinely provide our international employees and external parties with information on various personnel topics and processes
- You maintain personnel files and our SAP HR module and, in cooperation with our HR Shared Services team, ensure a smooth HR lifecycle from entry to exit
- You process changes, organisational adjustments and other administrative processes punctually and reliably
- You prepare evaluations, reports and statistics and support HR controlling and audit topics
- Organisation of approximately 55 apprentices (production) as well as support of a commercial apprentice in HR
- As an organisational talent, you actively participate independently in various projects and events
Your qualifications and experience:
- Commercial apprenticeship or comparable training, as well as further training as a federal HR specialist advantageous
- Several years of HR administrative experience, preferably in an international industrial company
- Sound knowledge in social insurance and Swiss labour law
- Good oral and written skills in German and English
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (SAP HR (SuccessFactors) module advantageous)
- Excellent communicator with strong social skills
- Team player with a positive and customer-oriented attitude
- Independent and precise working style with high flexibility is absolutely essential
- Experience with audits and HR controlling advantageous
