The varied day
- General administrative support of the recruiting team in daily business such as coordination and planning of interviews as well as organisation of meetings
- Maintenance and management of the application database, e-mail inboxes and document storage
- Support and assistance at recruiting events such as the induction day, Lunch & Learn sessions or training for supervisors
- Participation in conversations as part of onboarding directly with our new employees
- Involvement in HR projects (e.g. employer branding & occupational health management) and process optimisation
Your diverse talents
- Completed bachelor’s degree with a focus on economics, social sciences, work and organisational psychology or a comparable field
- Service orientation and strong communication skills as well as enjoyment of teamwork
- Independent and structured way of working, analytical thinking and solution-oriented approach
- Very good MS Office skills and fluent German language skills in spoken and written form
