About the job
Who we are
Spitex Region Schwyz is an established, future-oriented organisation that offers people professional support and care in their own homes. We value quality, reliability, and a working environment that provides plenty of freedom to implement new ideas. Those who are motivated to develop professionally and want to contribute personally will find their place with us.
Nursing Team Leader (m/f/d)
What awaits you
- Moving forward together
You lead an existing nursing team and maintain constant communication with the other team leaders. This means: you have plenty of freedom to help shape and advance us as an organisation. - Shaper of the nursing area
In your role as team leader, you are our innovation turbo. Whether new nursing concepts, creative workflows, or a new digital nursing tool – we are open to anything that makes sense. Your affinity for digital work processes helps you to guide and further develop the team in the use of modern tools. - Empathetic staff leadership
You encourage and challenge your team in a flat hierarchical environment and actively help shape our positive working environment, where the individual strengths, needs, and potential of your employees are at the centre of your actions. - Quality assurance with added value
You bring fresh energy to our processes and discover optimisation potentials before they become dust collectors. Together with our quality managers, you ensure that our services run smoothly in everyday life and continuously improve. You always involve your team and our clients in this. - Contact with the grassroots
You are not only in the office or meetings. Regular assignments in nursing are part of the role so that you always know what is really happening with our clients and in your team, rather than just hearing second-hand what is going on. - Organisational development 2.0
We want to continue growing and developing. For this, we need your foresight and drive. Therefore, you will be actively involved in organisational development projects from the start. With your holistic view, you recognise the tasks ahead and tackle them resolutely to continuously advance our organisation.
Who we are looking for
- Educational requirement:
At least a completed qualification at HF level – ideally even a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in nursing. - Leadership experience:
Ideally, you have already led a team or you are convinced that you have the potential to do so. - Error culture:
You have the courage to make intelligent mistakes sometimes. Trying new things, failing, learning from it, and helping us all move forward – that characterises you. - Team player:
You appreciate exchange on equal footing, bring humour into everyday life, and always have an open ear for colleagues because it is important to you that others can grow. - Affinity for digital work processes:
You actively support your team in the introduction and use of digital tools and are open to further developments. - Willingness for continuous further education:
You do not want to stand still but want to develop personally and professionally on an ongoing basis. - Strong client orientation:
You always work with the goal of providing our clients with the best possible care. Their satisfaction is central to you.
What we offer you
- Tailwind:
You work together with one or two other nursing team leaders. You complement and support each other and together bring even more vigour to our organisation. - Room for ideas:
Growth happens with us, and there is plenty of space for your visions, ideas, and motivation for change. - Mountains, lakes and fresh country air:
Schwyz is a wonderful region that impresses not only in everyday life with its fascinating landscape. Your work assignments can sometimes offer spectacular views. - Good working and employment conditions:
Six weeks’ holiday (regardless of age), 40-hour week, paid mid-morning break, option to buy additional holiday (up to three weeks), full continued pay in case of illness, up to 20 weeks maternity leave and up to 6 weeks paternity leave, and above all a flat hierarchy that is not just on paper. - Progressive and dynamic working environment:
You can expect an organisation that is truly impressive and offers you the best conditions to grow together with it.
Apply and help shape the future!
You feel ready to take the nursing sector to the next level with us, occasionally fall flat on your face, and challenge us with new ideas (perhaps even sometimes overwhelm us). Then we look forward to hearing from you!
