- You take overall operational responsibility for the gastronomy on board a ship
- You lead and develop your service and kitchen team and promote a respectful and performance-oriented team culture
- You ensure smooth operations in the à la carte service, during culinary cruises, as well as at special and large events
- You are responsible for the consistent adherence to our quality, safety, and hygiene standards according to HACCP.
- You are the central contact person for the nautical ship crew and work closely with them.
- You carry out daily accounts and are responsible for inventory management including ordering and stocktaking.
- You actively contribute your ideas and support projects as well as the training and development of our employees.
- You have completed training in hospitality or gastronomy
- Ideally, you have a degree from a hotel management school or a comparable qualification
- You have already gained leadership experience and know how to motivate, support, and develop employees.
- You are a host personality with a high awareness of quality and a strong service orientation.
- You work independently, think entrepreneurially, and gladly take on responsibility.
- You are flexible, resilient, and keep an overview even in demanding situations.
