What to expect:

• Planning, coordination and support of ERP and business software projects
• Gathering, analysing and clarifying customer requirements
• Conducting and moderating internal and external project meetings
• Advising customers on processes, requirements and implementation options
• Configuration and parameterisation of ERP and business software solutions
• Creating technical requirements for reports, interfaces, data migrations and integrations
• Coordination with software development and other technical departments
• Conducting functional, integration and practical tests
• Supporting rollouts and go-lives
• Training and supporting users
• Supporting customers throughout the entire project process

As an experienced professional, you will additionally take on:

• Independent responsibility for customers and projects
• Managing more complex ERP implementations and developments
• Coordinating various internal and external stakeholders
• Responsibility for deadlines, quality and successful project delivery
• Advising customers on technical and organisational levels
• Supporting and mentoring less experienced colleagues

What you should bring:

• Completed degree (FH/HF/Uni) or completed apprenticeship EFZ in (business) informatics or business administration
• Understanding of complex software and business applications
• Interest in business processes and their digital representation
• Experience with ERP, CRM or comparable business software solutions is an advantage
• Project management experience depending on seniority level
• Excellent communication skills and enjoyment of direct customer contact
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
• High quality awareness
• Team spirit, initiative and assertiveness
• Fluent German skills in spoken and written form
