The person we are looking for specialises in analysing, mapping, and improving business processes in the healthcare sector. They are responsible for understanding existing clinical and administrative processes to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and optimisation opportunities, translating them into effective and sustainable IT solutions.
They analyse and manage end-to-end processes: gathering requirements, facilitating workshops, mapping and optimising processes in collaboration with the development team, translating them into low-code tools, and overseeing technical implementation, testing, user training, and Change Management, collecting feedback for continuous improvement.
They actively collaborate with the various teams within the Area, promoting coordination among the different involved functions and contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and digital solutions.
The sought-after figure stands out for a strong analytical attitude, excellent process modelling skills, and proven experience in analysing and optimising business processes. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proactivity, result orientation, and the ability to facilitate organisational change in complex and multidisciplinary contexts are required.
Main tasks:

- Gathers and analyses business needs through interviews, workshops, observations, and document analysis, translating them into clear and traceable functional and non-functional requirements (user stories, use cases, flow diagrams).
- Defines solutions by translating requirements and TO-BE processes into specifications for technological solutions, working closely with development and architecture teams.
- Supports change management by guiding the organisation in adopting new processes and solutions, managing user training, operational documentation, and resistance to change.
- Monitors continuous improvement by defining process KPIs, monitoring the performance of implemented solutions, and proposing corrective actions based on data and user feedback.
- Actively collaborates with Product Owners, Service Owners, Business Relationship Managers, Project Managers, Development Teams, and UX/UI Teams, ensuring alignment between functional needs, process design, and application development.
- Manages stakeholders by maintaining continuous communication with business functions (clinical and administrative), facilitating mutual understanding and acting as a catalyst between business and IT.
- Ensures compliance with internal IT guidelines related to the Business Analyst role, promoting the adoption of Process Management best practices and ensuring constant documentation updates.

- Advanced knowledge of project management and documentation tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Knowledge of low-code process management tools (e.g., Flowable and Camunda).
- Ability to define and monitor process KPIs to guide data-driven decisions.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and mediation skills, with experience facilitating workshops and multidisciplinary working groups.
