To support our team in Zurich – and possibly later in Baar – we are looking for a reliable, service-oriented, team-capable, and experienced professional to start immediately or by arrangement.

Your area of responsibility

• Professional and proactive management of the real estate portfolio of residential and commercial properties
• Communication and negotiation with tenants, authorities, and contractors
• Close collaboration with internal asset management
• Organisation and accompaniment of viewings, inspections, and handovers
• Responsible for the entire process of re-letting and the administrative tasks related to property management
• Coordination of maintenance, repair, and renovation work
• Handling of damage cases
•  Dunning and debt collection
• Preparation of budgets, forecasts, reports, and market analyses
• Review of heating and ancillary cost statements
• Participation in the optimisation of processes and digital solutions

Your profile

• Commercial or construction-related basic training with corresponding further education in the real estate sector (federal professional certificate)
• Many years of professional experience (at least 8 years)
• Structured, precise, and reliable working style
• Team player, resilient, strong communicator, assertive professional who thinks networked and proactively
• Confident German language skills in spoken and written form (additional languages advantageous) and proven user knowledge of the MS Office suite, Garaio REM advantageous
