Our site in Killwangen (Switzerland) employs 150 staff and primarily operates in the business units "Railway", "Coil Coating", "General Industry & Specialities", "Resins" and "Composites". We are looking to fill the position immediately or by arrangement:

Chemical Operator / Production Worker 3-Shift 100% (m/f/d)   

In this role, you will work a 3-shift model from Monday to Friday.

Your tasks:

• Independent and safe execution of chemical reactions in all multipurpose plants (reactors, mixing plants, etc.) as well as performing various physical operations such as dosing, distilling and filtering according to work instructions and supervisor's specifications
• Monitoring of chemical syntheses, correct documentation of reaction processes
• Assisting with the provision of raw materials and production materials
• Cleaning of production equipment and corresponding documentation according to specifications
• Identifying optimisation potential and assisting in the development of corresponding improvement proposals

Your profile:

• You have completed training as a Chemical Operator EFZ, Chemistry or Pharmaceutical Technologist EFZ with professional experience or you have several years of experience gained in chemical production (synthetic chemistry)
• Ideally, you hold a valid forklift licence
• You recognise innovation and optimisation opportunities and can present these transparently
• You describe yourself as assertive and a "doer" type who can constructively integrate into a team
• You are characterised by reliability, punctuality and precise as well as safe working methods
• You live a constructive feedback culture and prefer open communication
• You have good German language skills
