- 09 September 2026
- 60 – 100%
- Permanent position
- German (Intermediate)
About the job
WePractice is the leading outpatient psychotherapy practice group in Switzerland and part of the Medbase Group. We believe that good psychotherapy arises where people enjoy working. Therefore, we create a working environment with good leadership, trust, and genuine collaboration that strengthens personal responsibility, enables personal development, and promotes and connects professional excellence.
What you will achieve
- You accompany psychotherapists and psychotherapists in training in their professional and personal development. You provide guidance, strengthen personal responsibility, and create a framework in which people can grow.
- You promote a culture of trust, openness, and collaboration. You see different perspectives as an enrichment and ensure that everyone understands themselves as part of a common goal.
- You create the organisational conditions so that therapists can focus on what matters: good psychotherapy. You recognise improvement potentials early and design processes pragmatically and solution-oriented.
- You make decisions, set priorities, and keep an overview even in demanding situations. You act independently and actively seek exchange with others at the same time.
- You contribute ideas, question the status quo, or participate in concrete offers and concepts to continuously develop WePractice.
