Your area of responsibility

• You independently and reliably handle the entire personnel administration from A to Z
• You prepare employment contracts, contract amendments, confirmations as well as interim and final references
• You maintain personnel master data and keep personnel files carefully and up to date
• You take care of social insurance administration such as AHV/IV/EO, ALV, BVG, NBU, KTG and family allowances
• You accompany and support our trainees during their training and are the contact person for trainees, trainers, vocational schools and other external bodies
• You are the contact person for administrative HR questions

Your profile

• Completed commercial basic training
• Further training in human resources, e.g. HR assistant/HRSE, advantageous
• Professional experience in personnel administration
• Very good German skills, spoken and written
• Good MS Office skills
• Experience with HR, payroll and time recording systems is an advantage
• Independent, efficient, structured and very reliable working style
• Ideally, you have experience in vocational training or apprentice supervision or are willing to develop further in this area
• High quality and sense of responsibility
• Discretion and trustworthy handling of sensitive personnel data
