Your tasks – You make a difference:
• Warmly welcoming our customers
• First point of contact in the shop, on the phone and by email
• Selling bikes, accessories and clothing
• Scheduling appointments and coordination
• Cash handling and simple administrative tasks
• Thinking along, helping out, working magic
Your profile – what you bring:
• Friendly, open demeanour and enjoyment of customer contact
• Sales experience or experience in reception/service is an advantage (retail training desired but not essential)
• Interest in bikes
• Independent, reliable and organised working style
• Very good spoken German skills (French is an advantage)
• Team spirit and a positive attitude

Workload: 50 – 100% (also job sharing possible)
Start date: 1 March 2026 or by arrangement
