You are the voice of Zurich Switzerland: You advise our private customers by phone and digitally, find the right insurance cover and thus contribute directly to an excellent customer experience - in a performance-oriented environment that combines teamwork, service quality and sales success.

In this role, you strengthen the Brokers, Direct & Partnerships business area at Zurich Switzerland in the Direct, Digital & Customer Care, Sales & After Sales Personal Lines D-CH sector and are part of the Direct Sales Personal Lines D-CH team. Through telephone and digital consulting and sales solutions for non-life products, you ensure that our customers receive the best protection in every phase of life and experience Zurich as a reliable partner.

What to expect

• You advise and support prospects, partners and existing customers in writing and by phone in the private customers non-life sector.
• You determine the appropriate insurance cover for our customers, prepare offers and follow them up.
• You provide competent information in response to customer enquiries and handle written customer correspondence to a high quality.

What sets you apart

• Successfully completed training in the insurance industry (VBV certification advantageous) or professional experience in a commercial and customer-oriented role.
• Outgoing, service- and customer-oriented personality with enjoyment in telephone and written dialogue with customers and partners.
• Team player and resilient personality with strong sales and consulting skills.
• Enjoyment in further development and professional support of colleagues.
• Confident German language skills; any additional national language is an advantage.
