Your Tasks
- Accompany the onboarding and offboarding process of employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle
- Contribute to the further development of the onboarding process
- Participate in conducting HR training for new employees
- Create employment contracts and other personnel administrative documents
- Write interim and employment references in the Abacus system and Workday
- Update and optimise job descriptions
- Collaborate in a payroll project
- Support the recruitment process from creating job advertisements to applicant correspondence
Your Profile
- Commercial basic training as well as professional experience in HR administration and recruitment
- Further education in HR at specialist certificate level or equivalent
- Good MS Office skills and experience with Abacus and Workday are a great advantage
- Payroll knowledge is an advantage but not essential
- Open and communicative manner with enjoyment in exchanging with employees and internal contacts
- Independent, structured and careful working style with a strong service mindset
- German: confident (C2) / English: good to very good (B2-C1)
