The company builds, among other things, automatic production lines, linear guides, racks, pinions, gearboxes, linear axes and gantry robots for the automotive industry, railways, intralogistics, metal, tyres, pharmaceuticals as well as systems for the aircraft industry.
Sales Support Robotics (m/f/d)
Your Contribution
- As a key function in technical sales, you are the link between account management, engineering, order processing and product management
- Analysis of customer enquiries and coordination of their implementation up to successful quotation preparation
- Assuming project responsibility for complex customer requirements as needed
- Preparation of price calculations, quotations and customer-oriented sales documents for our international customers
- Clarifying technical and commercial issues regarding availability, costs, delivery times and feasibility
- Supporting our account managers in customer care as well as in acquiring new orders
- Ensuring the professional use and maintenance of our CRM and ERP systems as well as contributing to the continuous improvement of our sales processes
Your Talents and Skills
- Technical basic training with completed further education at HF/FH level or equivalent
- Experience in technical sales of capital goods in the automation sector
- Interest in technical and commercial issues as well as in the calculation and preparation of quotations
- Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written
- Hands-on mentality; strong communication skills with a high customer orientation
- Initiative, resilient personality with an open and positive attitude
