IHRE AUFGABEN

Design and implement infrastructure configurations as code for NetApp storage and Hitachi storage, using tools like Ansible to automate and standardize deployments and configurations

Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks and roles to automate storage and backup configurations and systems, ensuring consistency and reliability across the environment

Configure and deploy NetApp storage and Hitachi storage systems using infrastructure-as-code principles, with a focus on automation and scalability

Collaborate with internal teams to develop and refine processes, leveraging tools like Ansible to ensure consistent and repeatable deployments

Contribute to the development of a centralized configuration management framework, for utilizing Ansible and other tools to manage and automate infrastructure configurations

Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices, and work to continuously improve and refine these processes

Provide expert guidance and support to internal teams on automation, helping to drive adoption and maturity of these practices

Participate in the design and implementation of automated workflows and pipelines for deploying and managing infrastructure configurations in the area of storage systems and backup software, using tools like Ansible

Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless deployment and operation of storage and backup infrastructure, and provide input on how to improve and automate these processes

YOUR PROFILE

Very strong Infrastructure-as-Code (IAC) knowledge, with expertise in designing and implementing automated deployments and configurations for storage systems, including NetApp and Hitachi

Strong Linux knowledge, with experience working with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) and other Linux distributions

In-depth knowledge of storage systems, including: NetApp storage systems, ONTAP, Hitachi storage systems and VSP

Broad infrastructure knowledge, including: Networking fundamentals, TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP - Firewalling and load balancing concepts

x86 compute platforms and virtualization technologies / Strong scripting skills in languages such as Python and PowerShell

Profound knowledge of interfaces and protocols, including REST APIs and SSH

High degree of security awareness, with understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements

3+ years of enterprise experience, preferably in the banking or financial sector, with a focus on designing and implementing scalable, secure, and efficient infrastructure solutions using IAC principles and practices

Higher technical degree in IT (HF, FH)

German and English (fluently)

Excellent communicator

Open minded and good team player
