For our location in Gossau SG or Bazenheid, we are looking to complement our team with a committed and organised individual.In this versatile role, you will take on a central position at the interface between product management, IT, quality assurance, production, sales, and operational processes.
This position is suitable for people with a strong IT affinity, a structured way of working, and enjoyment in understanding and shaping connections in systems, data, and processes. You will have the opportunity to further develop existing structures and sustainably shape the area of product data and labelling management.
Coordinator Product Data & Labelling Management m/f/d
These tasks will inspire you
- Maintenance and updating of master data in SAP and other systems
- Responsibility for label management including creation, maintenance, and coordination of spontaneous prints/bands
- Responsibility for the creation, maintenance, and updating of label layouts in collaboration with IT
- Management and updating of logos, layout templates, and other print-relevant design elements
- Support in the implementation of product management projects
- Organisation and coordination of the spring/summer and autumn/winter catalogue processes
We look forward to this profile
- Commercial basic training desirable
- Further education in the food sector, business administration, marketing or similar (in training or already completed) advantageous
- Experience in handling master data, ERP systems or product-related data advantageous
- Good SAP knowledge or willingness to deepen understanding of SAP processes
- Experience in creating and maintaining layouts, labels or print-relevant documents advantageous
- Structured, careful and independent working style with high quality awareness and IT affinity
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
- Confident use of Office programmes
- Good target group-oriented communication skills and a hands-on mentality
