In our beverage production, you coordinate a small team, machines and processes, ensure the highest quality standards and actively contribute to the success of a modern food company.

What you achieve

• Production of approved production orders according to specified quantity and quality in accordance with recipe and standard
• Ensuring a smooth daily routine
• Targeted, qualitatively flawless and economically continuously optimised production
• Organisation, control and monitoring of operational processes
• Personnel management (approx. 2 employees) and organisation
• Time control of employees
• Enforcement of high requirements regarding quality, quantity, hygiene and occupational safety
• Leadership, training and support of employees
• Working with SAP process tools (process order processing, etc.)
• Creation and adjustment of production documentation and various administrative tasks
• Active participation on the line

What you bring

• Education: Completed vocational training (EFZ)
• Field: in the food sector or technical training
• Professional experience: 1-3 years of leadership experience
• Entrepreneurially shaped, solution-oriented and networked thinking as well as initiative and resilience
• Willingness to work in 3-shift system
• Willingness to work Saturdays
• Good technical understanding
• Good MS Office skills
• SAP knowledge
• Healthy, robust physical constitution
• German (B1)
