Allpura is the national employers' association of the Swiss building services industry. With commitment, innovative strength and a strong network, we advocate for the promotion and further development of vocational education. At our educational locations in Rickenbach and Dietikon, we support apprentices, professionals and employees of our members on their educational journey.

As our education sector is continuously growing and evolving, we are looking to strengthen our team with a committed, proactive and highly organised individual.

Your tasks

As a central hub in the education sector, you support the Head of Education as well as the vocational education specialist. You ensure that our educational offerings are professionally organised and accompanied.

• administrative coordination of formal vocational education at secondary level II (EBA and EFZ) as well as at tertiary level (professional examination),
• organisation and support of courses, further training, examinations and educational events,
• planning and coordination of external events, meetings and specialist conferences,
• support with educational projects and the further development of existing offerings,
• administrative collaboration in revision and development projects of vocational education,
• maintenance of databases, documentation and digital course management systems,
• contact person for members, apprentices, trainers, schools, examination experts and other partners,
• ensuring efficient processes and contributing to quality assurance in the education sector.

What you bring:

• completed commercial training or a comparable qualification,
• professional experience in administration, organisation or vocational education,
• experience in coordinating diverse tasks and projects,
• independent, structured and solution-oriented working style,
• high service orientation and organisational skills,
• enjoyment of administrative tasks and working with digital tools,
• confident written and spoken expression in German,
• good knowledge of French, knowledge of Italian is an advantage,
• willingness to travel within Switzerland,
• enjoyment of collaboration, shaping and further development.
