The APPISBERG Competence Centre supports people with special support needs on their path to training, qualification, and work. For our logistics team, we are looking for a qualified Logistics Specialist EFZ immediately or by arrangement. You support daily operations, accompany our apprentices on their path to successful training, and assist with the "Residual Value" project. In the "Residual Value" project, participants work in a real, market-oriented setting: they receive used goods, professionally prepare them, create online listings, and handle the sales process. This creates meaningful jobs where administrative, logistical, and digital skills are developed and trained, with direct relevance to the primary labour market. 

Your tasks

• Handle shipping logistics for our customers' web shops
• Ensure daily logistical processes in the operation
• Carry out internal goods logistics and transports
• Ensure goods receipt, goods inspection, and storage
• Monitor stock levels and material flows and optimise them if necessary
• Train, accompany, and support apprentices and prepare them for external work assignments, continuation of training, and employment

You bring

• Training as a Logistics Specialist EFZ
• Driving licence category B, ideally category D1
• Good German skills and confident IT application
• Independent, reliable, and careful working style
• Enjoyment in training apprentices
• Understanding and patience in dealing with young people with special support needs
