What awaits you

• You answer customer enquiries about claims cases mostly by telephone, but also via other contact channels such as e-mail, customer portals, etc.
• With competent and solution-oriented advice in claims cases, you ensure satisfied customers.
• You ensure collaboration with the specialist departments.
• As a clerk, you are responsible for the electronically incoming mail in claims management and triage it.
• You perform a variety of administrative tasks to support claims management.

What we expect

• You have a commercial basic education, training in customer dialogue or a comparable qualification.
• You bring solid experience and enjoyment in advising customers.
• Customer-oriented action as well as independent, flexible and networked thinking are a matter of course for you.
• You are IT-savvy and can work with different IT systems.
• You master German at a native level and have good knowledge of a second national language.
