For the further expansion and successful management of the Product and Process Management area, we are looking for an experienced leadership personality with strategic foresight and operational implementation strength as Head of Product and Process Management Division (m/f/d).

What you will achieve

In this key role, as a member of the management team, you are responsible for the products and services we provide to our customers, lead an interdisciplinary team, and ensure efficient, customer-oriented service delivery. Your main tasks include:

• Responsibility for leading, strategically developing, and operationally managing the PPM business unit
• Leading multiple Value Streams and Cross Teams (according to SAFe), consisting of product managers, business analysts, process architects, and test managers (approx. 50 people)
• Promoting an agile, innovative, and customer-oriented way of working
• Close collaboration with customers and internal departments
• Ensuring timely, high-quality, and budget-compliant implementation of customer services
• Stakeholder management and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Active role in aligning the organization according to SAFe and the cultural development of the company

Why you will succeed

For this demanding leadership position, we are looking for a networked thinker with a will to shape. Important requirements are:

• Completed studies (university/FH) in computer science, business informatics, business administration, or comparable qualification
• Several years of leadership experience at a strategic level as a member of a management team in the IT industry
• Solid knowledge in IT product management, especially in managing the entire product lifecycle and experience managing large IT projects
• Experience with agile development methods
• Strong communication and leadership skills as well as experience in handling complex negotiations
• Very good German skills; French skills desirable, English as an alternative possible
• Analytical, networked thinking, customer orientation, and strong implementation skills
