We are looking for a motivated and committed individual who is ready to thoroughly familiarize themselves with the topic of structured product issuance. You will be actively supported by our small, dynamic team. As a central interface, you will work closely with internal departments such as Sales, Middle Office, and Legal, as well as with external partners like SIX or Bloomberg. Together, we accompany the issuance process and the life cycle of structured products. In doing so, we continuously optimize our work processes and drive automation forward.

Your tasks

Creating and maintaining documentation for structured products (issuance prospectuses, termsheets, KIDs)
Conducting the issuance and especially listing on SIX Swiss Exchange via Internet Based Terms (IBT)
Carrying out life-cycle events (e.g., corporate actions)
Collaborating with exchanges and information providers
Processing lists and data sets

Your profile

Commercial training, ideally in banking, law, and/or economics
Confident German, good English skills in spoken and written form, French skills are an advantage
Efficient, reliable, and independent working style, ability to think beyond the "box"
High motivation to familiarize yourself with a new subject area and to continuously develop yourself
Team spirit, structured thinking, strong communication skills, and resilience
