For our day clinic in Aarau, Centre for Psychiatry and Psychotherapy Outpatient (ZPPA), with a focus on psychotherapy and work integration, we are looking for you from 1 September 2026 as

• You support adults with mental illnesses in complex social matters, through clarification, counselling and active support in professional reintegration, as well as in the areas of finance, social insurance, administration and housing
• As a social worker, you are a key member of our interprofessional treatment team, in which close collaboration is maintained - in direct cooperation with the patient, as well as indirectly within the framework of case discussions, reports and team meetings
• You occasionally represent other social workers of the Centre for Psychiatry and Psychotherapy Outpatient and will be covered during absences

• You enjoy interprofessional collaboration and at the same time like to be independently responsible for your area
• You possess high social competence, a confident demeanour, as well as a resilient personality, and are interested in working with people with mental illnesses
• You have a degree in social work from a university of applied sciences
• You have professional experience in a similar field and ideally in working with people with mental illnesses
• You have good knowledge of the social insurance system and ideally experience in professional reintegration
• You are confident in using common Office applications and generally have good organisational as well as administrative skills, and a fluent command of German. Additional language skills are an advantage
