Who are we?
We create living spaces for people with psychological and/or cognitive impairments and support affected individuals in leading a meaningful life for them.
At our locations in Münsterlingen, Tägerwilen, Kreuzlingen, Frauenfeld, Bürglen and Güttingen, we offer a variety of living and working opportunities. These include around 170 residential places – from intensive living to supported living – as well as diverse workplaces in the nursery, production, carpentry, maintenance, administration and various studios. Services are provided, orders from external companies are processed and various own products are manufactured. In this way, we create individual solutions for different life situations and needs.
To support our teams during staff shortages or absences, we have a dedicated float pool. Assignments are on call, voluntary and offer great flexibility. The scope and frequency of assignments can vary greatly. There is no mutual obligation to accept or allocate assignments.
